Part of the Profile Group, Profile Marketing specialises in Sales, Marketing and Public Relations jobs for professionals in the luxury hotel and leisure market.
Profission were asked to create a more engaging brand and presence for the company that would drive more candidates to the company, and in turn give the company more gravitas with the large hospitality groups it serves.
Act 1
Brand evolution
A full brand exercise starting with a conservative overhaul of the existing identity, coupled with some engaging colour work and branding hooks.
Profission created a series of supporting illustrative assets to use across print and web to create a sense of individuality and sophistication to the company and moving it away from a sector saturated with stale imagery focusing on the administrative process of recruitment or the cities candidates are placed in.
Act 2
Online
After Profission designed and produced paper collateral to support the launch, Profile asked The Company to create a web presence that they could update and maintain to provided them with an editorial platform with which to broadcast comment, news and insight from the hospitality industry.
Profission developed a more intuitive and accessible website alongside a brand new quarterly e-magazine, called Journal; a resource backed by the brand that would become a recognised and respected name in the community, providing brand awareness to candidates and employers alike.
